ArcThemALL! is a multi-compressor of files and folders for both normal and advanced users. It is available on main webpage.. if instead you open the sourceforge page, click "ArcThemALL! Web Page..." link in Description to move to main webpage..

HM NIS Edit is an editor/IDE for Nullsoft Scriptable Install System (NSIS). It comes with a script wizard that is able to create standard setup programs with only a few clicks.
