It seems JauntePE does not pass parameters if they are enclosed in quotes, on the other hand it works fine with passing spaces in parameters without the quotes.

I hope people will post which CLSID keys they found to be creating problems with JauntePE and Vista. That way we will not need to have duplicate each others work.

I have tried to compile a list of registry keys that usually does not have to do with making an application portable. Good point, I had not thought about that. The application I tested with the workaround of not hooking "RegOpenKeyExW" was an ANSI application. I guess it might be possible that you have to not hook "RegOpenKeyExA" instead if your application is an Unicode application.
