is there an editor for vcf files for desktop ?

Hi
many phones , like samsung export the contacts in a file vcf

is there an utility that can edit this file ?
for example find duplicate and save on the same format , 1 file

i know there are many android apps but i'm looking for a desktop utility

For those not familiar, VCF is a file format for contact data, essentially e-business cards.

sadly many mobiles export only 1 file , vcf
i tried your program it doesn't even open my exported vcf

I might be mistaken, but I think VCF files are just CSV one-liners...
