Need help with Sylpheed for live.com and gmail.com ?

Hello & Thanks ,
I am trying to convert from ThunderBird to==> Sylpheed .
Having probs with settings : authentication & ssl & auth .
Pls , anyone have an example for each 'live.com' & 'gmail.com ' ?

I myself tried some portable email clients including Sylpheed when I switched my web browser from SeaMonkey to Vivaldi. I got Sylpheed to work with Google's instructions.
