What Software do you still (need/want) to install?

What software do you install that you wish were portable.. or cant do without...
i'm hoping this generates some tips for any of us installing programs that others have figured out how better to portabilize apps that i still install. i hate to install stuff.

My short list.
hashtab: r-click and get md5 crc etc hash values for any file.
daemontools: virtual cd iso mounting tool.
teracopy: r-click copy enhance/retry/logging copy file move tool. invaluable for unstable networks or MASS file moves.
corporate email: (placeholder for outlook,groupwise, lotus)

Universal Extractor - for the context menu integration.

Daemon Tools, VMWare, K-Lite Codec Pack, Avira AntiVir, MS-Office
I know there are portable or similar versions of these, but it´s more practician.
