• webstreams (shoutcast)
• search local harddrives for audiofiles and store it into the Nemp media library
• coverflow
• LastFM-Support ("Scrobble")
• ntegrated webserver to control the player through a web-interface

The features look quite impressive, however I find the GUI a bit clumsy... (or can you skin Nemp?)
BTW, gausi.de also offers Covernator, a small tool to embed covers in ID3 tags: http://www.gausi.de/covernator-en.html

I like the presence of web interface controls. I've recently been looking at a hundred different "remote control" devices for iPhone and a program that handles it all on its own with just a web browser seems much simpler.

Nemp at version 4.6.3 (4.6.3.565) downloads, history and latest changes:
Nemp 4.6.3
04.12.2016
After a long, long time comes a little Update for Nemp - mainly bug fixes
  • The search for lyrics works again
  • Changing playback speed without Micky-Mouse-Effect didn't work for mp3 files
  • Bitrate and duration for some odd mp3 variants was wrong
  • Drag&Drop didn't work properly in some situations
  • Moving separate windows led to a chaotiv behavior in some cases
  • some causes for a crash should be resolved
Several Nemp links:
Nemp at SourceForge - https://sourceforge.net/projects/nemp/
Nemp at Softpedia - http://www.softpedia.com/get/Multimedia ... Nemp.shtml
Nemp at SnapFiles - http://www.snapfiles.com/get/nemp.html
Nemp at Freeware Files - http://www.freewarefiles.com/Nemp_program_74747.html
Nemp at AfterDawn - http://www.afterdawn.com/software/audio ... s/nemp.cfm
Nemp at CodecPack - http://codecpack.co/download/Nemp.html

I think that version number (V4.2.0) can be removed from forum thread title.

Topic update: Nemp v5.1 released (changes and downloads at https://github.com/DanielGausi/Nemp/releases/).

I reckon the following deserves highlighting:
Due to the changes to the web server, some existing files should be deleted. When installing via 'Setup.exe' this should happen automatically. When using the portable ZIP version, Nemp will recommend to delete these files when starting the new version for the first time. Just click on "Delete files ..." -- then Nemp will delete these files and everything will work as usual. Please don't be shocked by the large number of files that will be deleted there -- they are really not needed anymore.
