Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.
OutWiker is designed to store notes in a tree. Such programs are called "outliner", personal wiki, or tree-like editors. OutWiker's main difference from the other similar programs is keeping the tree of notes in the form of directories on disk, and encouraging changing the base by external sources and programs.

I've been testing out this program and still trying to wrap my head around it: I love the fact that it uses MediaWiki formatting, which I'm reasonably familiar with, but the swap between MediaWiki and actual document is strange. I'm not sure if I want a split screen view or a WYSIWYG editor that has an available wiki/html backend. Either way, you can drag and drop any files into the attachments box and I see a LOT of possibilities there. It saves everything in a very clear way so there's no weird containment structure.
Either way, it's a really cool idea and very different from CherryTree.

This really belongs in the database as an alternative to WikidPad.
While WikidPad has the advantage of quick and easy WikiWord creation, it lacks complex formatting, or at least the easy creation of it. I think I'll do it sometime this week.
