UAC Pass (security utility)

Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

Admin rights.

Ads a shortcut to the desktop that links to a scheduled task that launch uacpass (schtasks.exe /run /tn "UAC pass\uacpass").
