This application is distributed within a ZIP file and don't need any installation. To use it, just extract archive and run ZuneConverter.exe.

Write settings to: application folder (INI file) and system registry but that does not affect its portability.

I just tried this out and it works great.
I was using mediacoder which has a lot of power to convert things for Zune(or anything else),
but the Free Zune Video Converter is much faster and easier for what I wanted.
