Documalis Free Scanner allow to scan multipage documents to PDF, JPG, TIF, etc ...
It seems to be portable: I installed it, copied the directory, and uninstalled (probably better to use universal extractor).
PDF documents are of very good quality (better than those produced by scan2pdf)
