XdN Tweaker is a tweaking program for:
Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows Vista and Windows 7.
This program allows to remove wrong file association. It require Windows .NET Framework 2 and it's portable.

Some good tweaks in this one, notably:

* Disable/Enable Windows scanning AVI files for thumbnails.
* Turn off the annoying full screen black UAC prompt.

I'm happy with xp-antispy and XPY (and that they don't use dotNet), but this seems like it has a few tweaks those don't.

XdN Tweaker Version V0.9.3.0 (January 2nd, 2013):

- Added initial support for Windows 8 and Windows Server 2012 (requires .NET Framework 2.0).
- Fixed hiding of Libraries. Now removes/re-adds "Include in library"
on context menus (Files and Folders).
- Updated Internet Explorer page to have the correct maximum connections for IE 6/7, and 8/9/10+.
- Minor text and interface changes.
