What does this mean?
About Resource Files
v0.98 from dialog, string, various resources, such as external DLL toolbars can now be obtained from.
Hamana.exe same place HamanaLang.dll now to prioritize resources and keep the file there.
Hamana resource DLL is in the archive project Omake/HamanaLang/ folder you put it.
The build is VC + +. NET is required.
Is it related to .net framework or not?

Interface and documentation could use some polish, but otherwise an impressive graphics viewer...

I like Hamana but for me it lacks a very important feature- it cannot rotate images according to EXIF. Too bad it has been abandoned. I find its GUI very elegant- the image seek bar is great.
