I don't think Monopoly Deluxe has OnLine Play
The game is quite old
I first played it before Win95 officialy came out

I liked saving games with different startups
like me vs 5 computers, trading allowed
or me vs 1 computer
or 2 humans vs 3 computers
then play Monopoly quick, whenever you feel like
Start & stop whenever...very convenient
No time to setup, no time finding players, no time to clean up

Could network computers & share the application
But finding players may be hard

Try using this web site for free online multi-play:
(requires free registration)
(asks: birthday, name, zip, e-mail, username, pass)
(then click link in confirmation e-mail)

http://games.atari.com/playgames/monopoly/lobby.jsp
http://games.atari.com/playgames/monopo ... d=monopoly

It has option to watch or join
I suggest watching others play first to get an idea of how it works
