Synopsis: This little tool allows you to change merit of DirectShow filters and it can also be used to list all registered codecs and to register or unregister codecs.
This tool is especially useful for Windows 7 because it will default back to it's codecs even if you install your own.

How to extract: Download the ZIP package and extract to a folder of your choice. Launch "filtermanager.exe".
