Why can't this man package a ZIP file properly?

I am not able to verify, but I suspect he is using a new version of PKZip or something.

I downloaded the self-extracting archive, and 7-Zip wouldn't extract it. But running it did so nicely, showing that the archive itself is not corrupted.

Anyhow, I have updated the database entry using the version extracted using the self-extracting archive.
