winMD5Sum: http://www.portablefreeware.com/?id=1037
How to extract: Download the installer and extract to a folder of your choice. Delete all files except winMD5Sum.exe and launch.

It is only one file! (and FYI I did the same mistake as you did)

lol... wow

And yea, I know the regular is just one file but some people want the version that has a launcher for it, that integrates it into the PortableApps Menu
