I tested this program out a bunch last night. It has some nice features ...
* Does support a fade ability so that volume drops before the track cuts
* Can Normalize files
* Can record (if you add the LAME MP3 encoder DLL to the program directory). You may already have this elsewhere on your drive and will just need to copy it over. I mention this because most portablefreeware people will already have it somewhere in another audio program.
... but the I finally had to give up on the interface. Just too weird. Will probably use x-MP3Split.
