Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

Well you'll have to ask the devs why they don't provide the 64bit executable with the portable version. The installer has both 32/64bit. You can just extract it and swap the 64bit executable in with your existing portable version if you wish.
