I was in my friend home today. In his Windows Vista the iBin did not detected the windows confirmation to delete data, but the hotkeys works.

I will implement a way to the iBin recognize the operate system to use pre-defined paramaters as starting point of the window detection routine.

Version 2.0 released

- Fixed minor errors in the hotkeys routines.
- The routine that detect the delete action window was adapted to work in any Windows version and language environment.
- When the container is cleaned, the iBin icon in the system tray is replaced by another icon to indicate the device cannot be removed.

Version 2.5 released

- Fixed error caused by the tray icon display when cleaning the container.
- Fixed error in the routine to uninstall the iBin.
- Added the option to disable the routine which detect the confirmation window.
- Updated the tray icon tip message to show how much the container is full.
- General optimisation of the script.

Thanks, that is a very advanced trash can compared to the simple one I've used so far (FlashBin).
But how do I get it to detect multiple files I want to delete? It only seems to work when I delete one file at the time or it goes directly to the normal Windows deletion dialog.

is this the best app for adding a recycle bin to external drives?

SourceForge says download at your own risk and VT returns 5/68
