hmm, i tried adding a release date to older apps that didnt have it listed yet and it didnt work for some reason. i used various formats including what seems to work for others (2015-02-08)
is there a drop down calendar or something that i'm not seeing?
thx.

Re: Suggestion of new field: "Release Date"
eh, looks like its the browser. i tried an Opera 12.17 with no changes to it and still cant get that calendar popup. javascript enabled, even popup blocker disabled in case it was that.
i can see those new icons now that were just added though so i guess that was related to settings (Website Download Screenshot line)

Strange, I have no problems with Opera. See attached screenshot from an even elder version (Opera@USB v10.00)bzl333 wrote:eh, looks like its the browser. i tried an Opera 12.17 with no changes to it and still cant get that calendar popup. ...

Re: Suggestion of new field: "Release Date"
Opera 12.17 works fine, you need Javascript turned on for it to work. If you have a Javascript manager addon such as ScriptKeeper or something you'll need to allow portablefreeware.com and ajax.googleapis.com.
Re: Suggestion of new field: "Release Date"
i think this was it. i was blocking ajax.googleapis.com in both my hosts file, (where it appeared in the HostsServer log quite a few times), and also in the Opera urlfilter.ini file on Opera 12.16. if i disable the hosts file and start with a new Opera 12.17 i see the calendar popup.Specular wrote:Opera 12.17 works fine, you need Javascript turned on for it to work.
