Xtort.net QJot

#1 Post by zacory »

[Mod Note: the present is the official forum topic for QJot; https://www.portablefreeware.com/?id=329]

[2021-02-13 Mod note2: xtort.net website gone -- QJot last known location was http://xtort.net/xtort-software/qjot/ -- entry fully redirected to Softpedia.]

Xtort.net has great tools, at www.xtort.net

From these tools Qjt is a wordpad replacement.

The newest is now 5.6.

Here: http://www.xtort.net/xtort/qjot.php

Please update it.

Thanks,

See you,

Q-Jot 5.9

#4 Post by webfork »

The latest version appears to have been made fully portable without need for Universal Extractor:

Theirs: 5.9
http://www.xtort.net/xtort-software/qjot/

Ours: 5.8
http://www.portablefreeware.com/?id=329

... this update doesn't have any release notes but the program claims to save to .doc format, something that at least one user complained about in the comments.

Sorry, there was a readme file attached:

"Fixed bug in print preview"

... so ... not a major update.

QJOT AND WORDWEB

Can Q-jot be made to run the portable installation of Wordweb?

I will attempt to contact the author but would appreciate any help.

Re: can Q-jot be set to recognize a portable Wordweb?‏
