MD5Summer is a GUI version of md5sum. You can create and check md5 checksums.

The only problem is that it tries to associate the extension .MD5 with the checksum file. Otherwise the generation is fast, intuitive and can be recursive across directories.

A very good alternative to the cmd-line based md5sum.exe or fsum.exe (Slavasoft)

Had problems with this program when I tried it 3 years ago (has not been updated). Avoid in favor of just a self-generated torrent.
