Really like the preview function: you set up, click preview, and then press right/left arrow buttons to jump between images to see what the output will look like.

XnView and FastStone Viewer have more options, but this program is actually freeware where (those are for personal use only). Additionally, Tinuous starts off with a directory and then lets you add or remove files to modify (via checkboxes).
