Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.
I noticed the new Tor release last night. There is already a combined version written, with the new Tor version included, I just need to send it to Steve to see if he has any suggestions.
