I feel RisohEditor is a great alternative to the other entries in the database (ResourceHacker and ResEdit), so I have created an entry for it:

Both, the installer and the portable version are "Not Found" on the author's website.
However both are available on Softpedia: https://www.softpedia.com/get/Programmi ... tor.shtml

That's strange. I definitely downloaded the portable ZIP from GitHub a couple of days back, and still have it in my "Downloads" folder. What happened?

Anyways, I have updated the entry to point the download to Softpedia.

I was looking through the guide in examining this app and found this in automation: https://katahiromz.web.fc2.com/colony3r ... age15.html

"Censorship may be enforced for the purpose of stabilizing the national polity in small countries with unstable political conditions."

"The resource is deleted by specifying Japanese (1041) in the RES_delete function. I think it is a convenient function for people who dislike Japan personally or people who dislike Japan ethnically."

Ummm

From the name, it would appear so. When reading, I was wondering if those two sections were possibly the dev poking fun at China.
