System Explorer{Portable} v 1.4

System Explorer is now up to version 1.4.

It is available as a Portable application.

Nothing is written to the Registry and config data is stored with the app.

It's been mentioned twice before in this Forum

It's obvious that it won't be added to PFC but take it from me ... it's well worth the download.
