SMART Utility

Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

Updated TPFC Entry. Now supports XP and Vista.

One needs to be very careful with this app!
Things could go wrong.

I also miss the ability to create my own custom set of services.

If you hit one of the buttons the program starts automatically to "optimize" your services without any warning; then you start wondering why your usb device isn't recognized anymore or why your date/time isn't automatically synchronized etc.This is not a problem if you're a computer savvy, but if not, you'd better think twice before using this app!
This is also why I feel the need to be able to create custom profiles.
