Description: This software utility is able to hide files in a picture file! With this small tool, you can bind or merge 3 popular types of compressed files(.zip, .rar, .7z) with an ordinary JPEG image file, making it look like any other JPEG image file but in actual fact contains all your secret files.

Other people will only see it as an ordinary JPEG image but when you open it with a compression tool like WinRar or 7Zip, you'll see the secret files. Hide any file, be it a secret note, a secret picture, a secret song, or anything else you can think of. Sneaky!

Use your imagination and discover other benefits of this software.

IMPORTANT: Please take note that this tool will not encrypt or secure your files and other users can also access the files like you if they are aware of the method. It is advisable that you encrypt the compressed file before binding for enhanced security.

Yup, you can and this is essentially the same thing but with a GUI to make things easier and faster. :)

anonimice,did you write this program?

If so would it be possible to add support for .cbr and .cbz file extensions?
This would be an excellent way for me to add covers to my comic book collection :P
without having to install any shell extensions.

I mean cbr and cbz files are just rar and zip files renamed anyway
it shouldnt really be a big to do.

Any ways thanks for this little tool.
Cheers

Yup, I wrote this program. Good idea there about using it to create a cover, never would have thought of it, haha.

Should be quite easy because all I need to do is add more extensions in the FileOpenDialog window. But will the software that you're using be able to read the JPG file or will you need to rename it to .cbr or .cbz in order to read the comic?

hm for a cover type, you could try ifranview, it has something like making a slideshow into an .exe and it takes an icon too :S

At least a cover like that would be a visual aid in finding a specific file within a bunch of files.

Even if your comic view did not show it.

since setting folder icon does same but I compress file already, this just makes it faster, except you have to view it as a thumbnail :S

I spent some time today and yesterday editing the entry for clarity. I also removed the other categories leaving only "Security - Miscellaneous" since I think its most accurate to describe it as a security tool.

Hope that helps.
