Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.
From what I can tell it is portable (most, if not all, settings are written to .cfg files), however the Portable Freeware collection doesn't list non-english applications. From what I can tell, there's no option to enable English language support. On a personal note, I hate the GUI. Ugly.
