MediaCoder and other stuff

Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

MediaCoder http://mediacoder.sourceforge.net/ - "MediaCoder is a free universal audio/video batch transcoder, putting together lots of excellent audio/video codecs and tools from the open source community into an all-in-one solution, capable of transcoding among different audio/video formats with many extra features". Same deal as SUPER, but twice as big(41.9 MB uncompressed). Stores settings in an .xml file.

XPSyspad http://www.xtort.net/xtort/xpsyspad.php - "is a Windows system monitoring utility that allows easy access to Windows system information and system utilities, such as the individual control panel applets, as well as putting the "hidden" applications in Windows at your fingertips".

Base64 Encryptor/Decryptor http://chemical-ware.uni.cc/ - name says it all
MP4Cam2AVI http://mp4cam2avi.sourceforge.net/ - another video converter
IconPhile http://www.scrow.cjb.net/ - Icon Changer
RapidCRC http://rapidcrc.sourceforge.net/ - CRC, MD5, SFV checksum tool
SFVLite http://reactor.reality-protocol.de/main ... ge=sfvlite - another file integrity checker.

I'd avoid it just because -- whatever moronic system they came up with for the program -- it doesn't resemble freeware. I posted something to the entry about it: http://www.portablefreeware.com/index.php?id=623
