Found? the toggle for setting 12 hour in options menu.
After several tries it remains set to 24 hour mode.

Its relevant to blocking US IP's. The now current events may have an impact on the usually impartial WEB. Just gave one possible explanation, You may not listen to non US news but most of the world has reason to do more than block IP's You might try contacting the website Admin etc get a less theore...
