Podcatcher

Just stumbled upon this podcatcher which looks very interesting. - Roberts Podcatcher.

I have not checked it for compliance regards portability but it sounds like it is portable.
I hope someone finds this useful.

Stickydrive

Have a look at stickydrive.com
I used it for a while, it was OK, but perhaps a bit more limiting than the freedom you get from your own compliation of apps with your preferred launcher.

Xion usage

Would using an Internet radio streaming app such as Xion or Screamer Radio be harsh on a flash drive ( read/write cycles)?

Thanks NMC :D

Klipfolio

This is a sort of dashboard app. It is not "portable out of the box" but can be run in portable mode according to their forums. It is easier for me to give the links and let users decide for themselves about it. Link to homepage http://www.klipfolio.com/index.php?action=downloads,download ...

I would like to submit PowerPro for the database. it is a launch bar, menu and tray icon facility which is highly configurable and accepts relative paths. I can not say if it writes to the registry but I installed it locally then copied the app folder over and un-installed it and it all seems to wor...
