I run Adaware and spybot from a USB stick, I've never checked to see if they are truly portable however I've used them on multiple machines with no problems.

Pretty good that Universal Extractor, I'm going to using that a fair bit from now on.

This may do the trick, it requires install but copying the folder then uninstalling did not prevent it working. I don't think it writes anything to the registry.
