For my USB stick I'm using the PortableApps.com platform (mainly because of the auto update feature) and for my main machine I use PowerPro (you can use manual relative path, do command, scripting etc.) because it's simply the best for so many tasks. I haven't found anything more efficient yet.

Edit: another thing I found: Spelling folder path is hardcoded into the Spell.cfg file, so when you rename/move the app's folder, the old Spelling path is recreated and used...not nice at all.

Does Handy File Tool allow you to tag files and/or folders like XYplorer for example?

Just out of curiosity, why do we list archive.org website and download links for XYplorerFree? The official website and download links are functional for me.
