ClipTrap
Re: ClipTrap
On my win7 some files are left behind in temp folder.
Is it stealth then?
Is it stealth then?
Re: ClipTrap
I tested on Win XP SP 3 with the System Explorer snapshot and it didn't show in the before and after shot, but now I just tested again and found the files in the TEMP folder, but they are deleted upon exiting the program, hence why they didn't show. Normally I am accurate!

Re: ClipTrap
But you don't need to apologise you were right in a way! If the program crashed it wouldn't be as 'stealthy' as some other apps I use!

Certain exceptions are permitted. For example, registry entries that are created/updated by Windows for the application (eg. MRU entries for dialog boxes, DirectX entries for DirectX-based apps), or temp files created in the official "Temp" folders are not taken into consideration.
Re: ClipTrap
Though it is a matter of preference on what some consider Stealth applications. I prefer when apps write any TEMP data in the Application folder (working directory.)
