NTFS Permissions Tools
NTFS Permissions Tools is a portable explorer like filesystem permission manager with discrete 32 and 64-bit executables. I did not check the stealth status, but settings were conveniently kept in the program folder. Please pay attention to the quirky location of the application menu -- it's on the bottom left corner icon...

Re: NTFS Permissions Tools
Tested and Approved. This tools just jumped into my USB Work Thumb Drive.
Really easy to use.
Portable: 100%. No registry entry where made that I am aware, or it was so stealth to do it it escaped my guardians tools.
Good tool so far, will persevere testing.

Nice. Thanks for testing.
Re: NTFS Permissions Tools
I have a specific need for this (one file on my system has really unclear, so far unfixable Windows permissions) so I tried this out. Unfortunately no luck with my particular issue but I put together some data that might help out for an eventual entry.
Steps:

Steps:
- Download the ZIP file and extract to a folder of your choice
- Launch NPT86.exe or NPT64.exe for 64-bit Windows
