Miranda IM - multiprotocol instant messaging [discontinued]
Re: Miranda IM V0.8.9
Still it says it's not stealth. I know there are some registry changes, but not specific to Miranda program. Maybe I missed something?
Re: Miranda IM
Old topic update: for lack of a better option, the present is now the official forum topic for Miranda IM (http://www.portablefreeware.com/?id=128).
Note: Miranda IM shouldn't be confused with a later fork called Miranda NG (http://www.portablefreeware.com/?id=2507).
Related topics: @webfork: please remove version info from OP and move as you see fit. Thanks.

Sorry about that, I was on a roll and didn't check it properly.
Re: Miranda IM
Looking at program history one might draw the conclusion that the program is in active development but this is not the case- looking at the change log one sees that almost all updates are just maintenance releases (Installer updates, Minor bug fixes, Update SQLite library, etc)- for ages there haven't been added new features (including plug-ins for new services) and it seems that the current developers are only capable of maintaining the program.
