FastCopy
fwiw, I've used this application for over 6 months and love it. for copying very small amounts of data, I still window's built-in drag/drop or ctrl+c/v, but for anything substantial I turn to FastCopy.
About Resource use: It has a slider to adjust speed from:
Full - Auto Slow - 90% - 80% - ... - 10% - Suspend
Very useful for big copy/move jobs if you are doing other things simultaneously.
TrayIcon: Shows if copy job is still ongoing (icon is turning). The main window has an "Estimate" check box option if you want an estimate of the remaining copy time, which is also shown task bar button.
Good command line support for those who might make use of it.
I have not tried SuperCopier, so cannot compare. I tried an application called TeraCopy, but it kept crashing, so obviously it wasn't for me.

Very useful indeed !pajenn wrote:About Resource use: It has a slider to adjust speed from:

Still, the estimated end time is shown as a tooltip (shown on mouse hover), not as an integrated part of the tray icon.pajenn wrote:TrayIcon: Shows if copy job is still ongoing (icon is turning). Sad to say that SuperCopier's last version is almost 3 years old ... but happy to see FastCopy so actively developed !
P.S.: still don't know how to make it work with FreeCommander ... ... anybody ... ?
