Oolauncher

Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

Oolauncher was brought to my attention by webfork in this topic.

I think this could come in handy for some people. I have seen payware for doing this, but haven't come across any freeware. Yeah, you can write a batch file, but that's not everyone's cup of tea.

from the comments at oolauncher's page, and over at freewaregenius, seems that it has serious bugs - failing to restore the startup entries to the registry and the startup folder. since this is a very important issue that could possibly make a pc unstable, i would suggest changing its status back to private [if possible] till major bugs are ironed out
