ExplorerXP is a very fast, small, compact and innovative FREEWARE (for non - commercial use) file manager for Windows 2000/XP.

I think it's safe to say that this application is not portable, seeing as how there were 235 changes to the registry for just about every single option available.

Very old topic update: ExplorerXP v1.10 released (changelog at https://explorerxp.com/history/).
ExplorerXP v1.10 comes with a brand new tool: duplicate file finder.

According to the downloads page, v1.07a was the last compatible with Windows XP (cf. https://explorerxp.com/downloads/).
