Halite - minimalist bittorrent client

Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

I addressed the developer of Halite directly about the problem with version 0.4.0.3. I remember that Halite version 0.4.0.1 had also a problem- it was not portable and I notified the developer about it- he didn't respond but fixed the bug. Let's hope that he would fix the buggy 0.4.0.3 version too.

Halite 0.4.0.4 has been released, changes:
from v 0.4.0.3 to 0.4.0.4:
- Updated to libtorrent 1.0.7
- Fixed a bug with the portable version #35
- Fixed a bug related to removing torrent without stopping them first #19
- Fizxed a bug torrrent pausing and resume with the global session pause/resume #20 #21

The bug which appeared in the previous version (Halite 0.4.0.3) seems to have been fixed. However after update I lost my old settings.

As smaragdus mentioned in entry comments, this is fixed. Just took some time for the dev to get to it.

Topic update: Halite development seems to be abandoned, with no new versions in over 5 years.

FTR, last Halite release was v4.0.4 in 2015-12-29; project links still up:

is there a way to select the files to download?
haven't found any tutorial or way
seems i can't do it
please ,it's a great software , is able to download selected folders /file? and how?
