Is the new beta version of registry tweaker portable as well . The.exe file can be extracted using uniextract. I also do not think it is necessary to make the darapaths relative as in earlier versions. http://registrytweaker.net/

Reason: Initiates remote network access on startup. If network is not available or denied via firewall, application will crash.
