Hidden XP Utilities

#1 Post by JohnW »

XP SysPad is already in the Database!

A similar program is 'Hidden XP Utilities' available from ...
http://camtech2000.net/Pages/hidden_utilities.htm

To quote >
"Hidden Utilities XP allows access to nearly 100 hidden utilities that are not normally accessible to the average user. System information, diagnostics, repair tools and more in both Windows and Command Line utilities are now easily opened. Hidden Utilities XP includes easy access to 53 Windows tools and 43 Command Line utilities."

Download, Uni-Extract and Run

I'll stick my neck out and say definitely portable!

Yes, I think that it´s portable, even if not stealth.

I used Uniextract too, but I dont understand why does it extract a msi file containing the package itself, recursively (try to uniextract it again)... Maybe can someone explain?

I think that it can run as standalone. (196 kb)

...to add to database in a while...

Aleph
I find that that happens whenever I uni-extract ANY msi file.
I used to then recursively Uni-extract every msi file that appeared!
Now I just ignore it
