Free QR Creator allows quickly and efficiently create QR codes and microQR codes.

Dl @ http://www.smp-soft.com/FreeQRCreator.exe and uniextract. The application files are in {app} folder.

Version tested: 1.0.0.0 (build 29)
Settings: None
Tested: Portable
