PShutDown is a small, very easy to use application specially designed to help you schedule various actions.

Note: I'll notify the author about adding relative paths support (for alarms, running programs).

Thanks. Maybe I'm reading the screenshot wrong, but I see Sleep as literally mean that, sleep.

/f : Force running applications to close.
This will not prompt for File-Save in any open applications.
so will result in a loss of all unsaved data!!!
I don't believe you should use /f with /h! It defeats the purpose of hibernation!

OK. Tested. PShutDown works with a "-" instead of a "/" (in windows cmd this doesn't matter):

The official list of shutdown.exe command line parameters can be obtained by running shutdown /? in the command prompt. On my Finnish Windows 8, it says that /h "can be used" with /f. (Mind you, I have seen translation errors...)

New version released (1.2.1) with relative path support:

Note: relative path support is optimized for programs on the same drive, so no problems for USB flash drives. It doesn't work with paths on different partition.

Note 2: Additional alarm sounds can be downloaded here.
