Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.
Just make sure you have "Automatically pasting" checked on the "Common 1"
Sorry to get back late to this, thanks @Lintalist for the clarification.
After more testing and using Clipboard managers, Clibor has been most useful to me since I work more with text and FIFO/LIFO (which should be a MUST for any Clipboard manager) has turned out to be essential as compared to "Reverse pasting" clipboard content in other Clipboard managers.
I work mostly with text, too and in ClipDiary, I make do with browsing clipboard history via non-default keyboard shortcuts SHIFT+UP and DOWN arrows -- which display the content in a tooltip without having to invoke the application main UI, leaving last viewed selected for re-input. Thus I can browse through all my clipboard history (which incidentally I just checked and goes back to 2015...).
As first noted by PAFuser, Clibor site is down -- and downloadable ZIPs aren't available from the Internet Archive, because the downloads were in dynamic pages.
I was able to get v1.4.9, the last stable version released, from Softpedia, but the Beta(?) v2.0.3 is nowhere to be found. Anyone finding it, please let me know.
On a positive note, it looks like Clibor had a good 10-year run online:
There’s a new English version 2.2.0.E and a English website about Clibor. The Japanese developer is very sympathetic please donate some money. (I’m not affiliated) I think the program is brilliant. The combo Clibor alongside Quick Access Popup is a killer combination. Just wanted to share this.
I was having a hard time finding any info about this supposed update anywhere, and was starting to get a little skeptical. But maybe my search and Google-fu skills are just rusty; eventually persistence paid off.
For future reference, some links in a post like that really would be helpful, Leonneke. But thank you for the heads-up! I'd practically given up hope that newer versions of Clibor would ever be released in English again. How do you use Clibor in combo with Quick Access Popup? Or did you just mean those are two of your favorite portables?
