MBU (a DotNET program, required framework version unknown) is almost natively portable (configurations are stored in a 'settings.ini' file in program folder), although it does create an entry in registry with its last run date (located at HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\VB and VBA Program Settings\MirrorCreator2\CONFIG), seemingly used to fire the auto-update routine -- this might be a security concern for some, but it can easily be deleted and doesn't affect MBU's portability. An additional security concern resides in the fact that your MirrorCreator.com login will be stored in plain text in MBU's 'settings.ini'.
Furthermore, MBU is also set to auto update at startup, so I'd recommend renaming/deleting the 'update.bat' inside its folder.
Lastly, I was unable to (Uni)Extract it, so had to resort to install\copy\uninstall -- and 'unistall.exe', 'uninstall.ini' (contains a list of installed files), 'update.bat' and 'eurekalog.dll' are apparently safe to discard.
