Hi and welcome to the site.

Unfortunately, I sent email to support (at) hendrik-schiffer.com and it failed.

I spend a lot of time here on the site with licenses so I should point out that's not what what the license says. The license you listed says users can do whatever they want with it so long as they include attribution. You might want to address modification/reverse-engineering specifically as I've seen in other licenses. Additionally (and more importantly) the
BSD license is something that governs the use of the source code. I couldn't find a link to the code anywhere, suggesting that this program isn't BSD licensed. You've taken the "ancestor" BSD license (as Wikipedia calls it) and just taken out the word "source".
Please correct me if I've misunderstood something.
Addendum:
I should add that you're welcome to use that license (or whatever you want), but I wouldn't list the word "BSD" connected to anything that doesn't have source code available. You can look forward to more confusion similar to mine. Additionally, if the program gets added to the site, we'll list it as freeware to set expectations with visitors.
