Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

Personally, I have no quibble with Codedecpack.co -- they have proven to be reliable mirrors over the years. YMMV, though.

With a few exceptions from Andrew, we try to find alternate hosting for software just because we can't handle a major bandwidth spike if suddenly a program suddenly gets a lot of attention.
