Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

I've used it before and wasn't impressed compared to similar tools already present on the site. Its far, far away from FreeCommander, for instance in terms of features and capabilities. The only thing I can see that's genuinely unique and cool about it is the portable file associations, so its a different take on the COFFEE program (http://www.portablefreeware.com/index.php?id=1317).
I did a more detailed test yesterday than the one above. WinXP SP3 at version 1.5 inside a TrueCrypt volume so your milage may vary.
Essentially its a PortableApps-integrated File Manager. Supports portable file associations and at least has some awareness of OpenDocs via the "File - New" menu. Search worked well, even found information inside a 7z file. The bookmarks menu is probably useful for frequently used areas of your flash drive, but seemed to be asking for hard links so I don't know if this is portable (it might, I didn't dig too deeply). Looks like a cool basic file manager, but there's not much in the way of advanced features usually associated with File Managers.
Two major issues were deleting files and copying files in and out of the manager. The copy window was a little odd as it shows a window with a file image and no information. Then, after copying the file, I had click refresh to see any changes. The delete window meanwhile had an icon of a shredder, which made me wonder if it was deleting the file or wiping it. Based on the time it took to remove the files, I think it was just deleted, but that was a problem.
